Refund & Cancellation Policy

Puja bookings

Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja date. Once a puja has been performed, it cannot be refunded.

Products

Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Energised or consumable items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.
